Did you see the fancy Porsche?

This is what my wife asked me after returning from her morning run. I had not yet walked the dog past the fancy Porsche parked at our motel.

Kinja'd!!!

There are plenty of neat cars that come through this area near Lime Rock. Yesterday going the other way on the road I saw a recent Ferrari (not pictured) in front of an actual fancy Porsche, a freaking 959!

Since I mentioned the 959 last night, this is probably why my wife called the Ferrari a Porsche.

Plus, many of the cars I’ve been seeing are clearly owned by residents, as I have seen a variety of classic or unique cars from a couple of old Discovery’s to a 60's Mercedes convertible and more.

To the credit of the nearby Ferrari FF owner, there was a road bicycle packed into the trunk, so it’s not being treated as some sort of investment . . . I think.

There is a guy who lives around me who must be 70 or so who dailies one of these.  It’s always dirty, he doesn’t drive fast and he always has a smile on his face.

I couldn’t stand the “face” of the FF, plus the stupid name, but the GT4 Lusso really cleaned up the looks. Nice spot!

Until it started up at 6 AM in a U shaped motor inn. FF quite like announcing their owner’s intent to drive a performance au tomobile.

GT4 lusso is just better than a FF.

Is it white, by chance?  I see a white one out by me fairly regularly.

It’s the same grey/silver color as the one posted above, I think. I have seen the guy in Maryland, DC and Virginia (295 and the Parkway) . Old white guy with white hair and a white beard.

I’ve seen that one! I also s ee a white one in the Great Falls area fairly regularly, though I don't know that I'd call it daily driver status.

It is an investment in the owner’s happiness. I love to see these out and about being used as cars. This (or a Lusso) would be my preferred daily or road trip car

I’ve seen a black and a red one around here sometimes. Given how complex the drivetrain is in those, I would imagine at some point these will get to be a lot more trouble than they are worth, literally. I remember reading how it works and how the front and rear is linked, torque vectoring...

Just an FYI: This is the GTC 4Lusso, not the older FF. An even rarer spot!

See, I don’t follow current Ferraris like I did as a youth . Thanks for the clarification.
